In addition to being Deputy Chairman of the Board of Orient Takaful, Mr. Yousuf Al Raeesi functions as the Chairman of the Audit Committee of Orient Takaful.

Other than his Board duties, Mr. Al Raeesi holds his full-time responsibilities as the Director of Government / Consumer Relations & HSSE at Al-Futtaim Automotive. 

He has been with the Al-Futtaim Group since 2012.

Mr. Hussain Al Blooshi holds the position as a Board Member since 2021 and is the Chairman of the Investment Committee of Orient Takaful.

He also holds a full-time position as Head of Group Security, Health, and Safety at the Al-Futtaim Group of which he has been a part of since 2016.

Ms. Ayesha Al Bastaki has been a Board Member since 2021 and is the Chairperson of the Committee for Supervision of Insiders’ Trading of Orient Takaful.

Ms. Ayesha Al Bastaki holds a full-time position as Senior Marketing Manager at Al-Futtaim Engineering and Technologies.

Ms. Ayesha Al Bastaki has been a part of Al-Futtaim Group since 2011.

Mr. Marwan Alnabouda has been a Board Member since 2024 and is the Chairman of the Board Risk Committee of Orient Takaful.

Other than his Board duties, Mr. Marwan holds his full-time responsibilities as Senior Manager, New Business Models and Acceleration at Al-Futtaim Automotive. 

Mr. Marwan Alnabouda has been a part of Al-Futtaim Group since 2022.

Ms. Manal Sultan Saif Sultan Albadi has been a Board Member since 2024 and is the Chairperson of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee of Orient Takaful.

Ms. Manal Albadi holds a full-time position as HR Business Partner-Nationalization at Al-Futtaim Group Real Estate.

Ms. Manal Albadi has been a part of Al-Futtaim Group since 2007.
