Arunkumar Sethuraman has been with Orient Takaful since April 2021 as the Vice President of the Sharjah region. He is a Fellow at the Insurance Institute of India (FIII) in General Insurance. He brings on board 25 years of solid technical experience in various classes such as Technical Underwriting, Claims, Reinsurance, Property and Engineering & Broker Relationship Management. He has previously worked in India and Oman.

He is Chartered Insurer and a recognized Subject-Matter Expert in Marine Insurance and Risk Management, having widespread experience of more than 12 years with Indian Corporate Houses and UAE’s Top-tier Insurers. He heads the Marine Takaful operations in the UAE.
