We can facilitate Charterers’ Liability products which can protect you against your legal liabilities against:
- any damage to the vessel occurring during the contracted period;
- cargo including loss, damage, late delivery, or wrong delivery to the incorrect port;
- death, injury, or illness suffered by the crew or third parties;
- collision, pollution, wreck removal, penalties, salvage, or fines under the Charter party or Bill of Lading.
Subject to additional cost, cover can be extended to include Defence Costs, Cargo Owners’ Legal Liability, War Risk, Specialist Operations, Bunker, and Freight.
