We provide takaful coverage which is specifically designed to protect the vested interests of various individual partners, Owner’s Association, Developers and Strata Management in compliance with Ownership of Dubai’s Jointly Owned Properties Law No.27 of 2007
SCOPE OF COVER
The policy provides the insured coverage against accidental loss or damage for the jointly owned property like buildings furniture, fixture and fittings, plus Third Party Liability, Board Member Legal Liability.
Add on coverage includes Loss of Money, Fidelity and Personal Accident.
