| Orient Takaful PJSC announces to all Takaful participants that, in line with the company’s regulations for announcing its annual agency fees and its share of Mudaraba profit, the Internal Sharia Supervisory Committee has approved the following fees and profit percentages for the company (except where there is a special agreement) for the financial year 2026, as follows: | تعلن شركة أورينت تكافل ش.م.ع إلى جميع مشتركي التكافل، أنه وتماشياً مع أنظمة الشركة في الإعلان عن أتعابها السنوية من أجرة الوكالة، وحصتها من أرباح المضاربة، فإن لجنة الرقابة الشرعية الداخلية قد أقرت للشركة حساب الأتعاب ونسب الأرباح الآتية (باستثناء ما فيه اتفاق خاص) للسنة المالية 2026م على النحو التالي: | |
| 1 | For managing Takaful operations, the company receives a Wakala fee of 35% of gross Takaful contributions. | تُحسب للشركة أجرة وكالة بواقع 35% من إجمالي اشتراكات التكافل نظير قيامها بإدارة عمليات التكافل. |
| 2 | For managing the investments for the Takaful fund, the company shall be entitled to a share of 35% of the net profit of the Mudaraba investments if any. | تُحسب للشركة حصة المضارب وقدرها 35% من صافي أرباح الاستثمار بالمضاربة إن وجدت نظير قيامها بإدارة استثمارات رصيد صندوق التأمين التكافلي. |
